أكد عضو المكتب السياسي لحركة المقاومة الإسلامية حماس” موسى أبو مرزوق”، اليوم الأربعاء، أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية عملت على تمييع قضية اللاجئين وحولتها من قضية سياسية إلى إنسانية ثم تريد تصفيتها.
وتابع أبو مرزوق في تغريدة عبر موقع التواصل الاجتماعي تويتر: “أن أمريكا تهدد بكل وقاحة بقطع مساعداتها عن الأونروا والسلطة الفلسطينية لدفع عملية التسوية المتعثرة، ونقول لهم حتى لو قطعتم المساعدات فستبقى المشكلة قائمة إلى أن نستعيد الأرض ويعود اللاجئون إلى ديارهم”.
وفي وقت سابق أمس، هدد الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب بقطع المساعدات المالية السنوية عن السلطة الفلسطينية، متهماً إياها برفض التفاوض على اتفاق سلام مع إسرائيل.
وقال ترامب في تغريدة على تويتر: “نحن ندفع للفلسطينيين مئات ملايين الدولارات سنوياً ولا نحصل منهم على أي تقدير أو احترام”.
وتابع : “هم لا يريدون حتى التفاوض على معاهدة سلام مع إسرائيل طالما أن الفلسطينيين ما عادوا يريدون التفاوض على السلام، لماذا ينبغي علينا أن نسدد لهم أيا من هذه المدفوعات المستقبلية الضخمة؟”.
وكانت المندوبة الأميركيّة في الأمم المتحدة نيكي هيلي قد قالت إنّ الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب سوف يوقف الدعم الذي تقدمه الولايات المتحدة لمنظمة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (أونروا) حتى يعود الفلسطينيون إلى طاولة المفاوضات مع إسرائيل”.
